Warranty Policy

TEMCo Industrial LLC — One-Year Limited Warranty

At TEMCo Industrial, we build our products to last — and we stand behind every one of them.

What's Covered

TEMCo Industrial LLC ("TEMCo") warrants that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

If a defect covered by this warranty appears during the warranty period, TEMCo will, at its option, repair or replace the product (or the defective component) at no charge to you.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident
  • Damage caused by improper installation, operation outside of published specifications, or failure to follow product instructions
  • Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than TEMCo or its authorized service providers
  • Consumable parts and accessories, unless the failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
  • Damage occurring during shipping when the product is not in its original packaging

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact our support team at sales@drillpump.com or 737-910-3087 with your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  2. Our team will troubleshoot the issue with you and, if a warranty defect is confirmed, provide return instructions or arrange a repair or replacement.
  3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is required for all warranty claims.

Beyond the Warranty Period

Our commitment to you doesn't have an expiration date. If something goes wrong after your warranty ends, reach out anyway — we stand behind what we build, and we'll do our best to take care of you.

Limitations

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE TO YOU, AND TEMCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PRODUCT. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
